As far as I know there are only two places to get them from - Ratbait who are currently out of stock, and Pestkill. There is a scammer on eBay who advertises 'genuine' Talpex at around £3.50, but I'll bet my wife's right arm they are cheap Chinese copies.

Flatpack do a decent Talpex type but the price is around the same as Ratbait. I'm using a couple of them now and they are just as well made as the Talpex.

I just got some from www.molecatching.co.uk chris boone. they have the talpex stamp on the trigger and seem genuine with a good spring, i paid £40.76 x £5.60 postage for 4 traps.

The traps on flea bay are a scam as i bought 1, it says they are genuine talpex but they are far from it very weak spring total crap, think the firm are called boltmeup more like "lock me up".

Hope this is some help to anyone. :D

Ps i have no connection with the company above.

If you are confirming that 'boltmeup' is selling crap described as genuine Talpex then he needs reporting to the Trading Standards.

I would say you paid about £1.70 a trap too much compared to www.ratbait.co.uk
