Need An Experts Advice On Co2

I have a qb78. Its only had about 40pellets through it todate. Its only a few weeks old and it seems to have lost power quite dramaticly! I have changed the co2 to new ones and it the same. Both gun and co2 have been stored and used at room temp (20'c). Need taking back to the shop? Don't really want to coz I just rang them and tried explaining and I got told I don't know anything and its cold out. Even though I told him I used it in doors shooting down my yard (plenty of space and back stop)

Still, it has to last a certain amount of time, even by trading standards point

make sure you mention this to them,if they still dont play ball.contact trading standards

Cheers mate! Just been to test it again and its not firing. So now I have a pellet in the breech with full co2 charge that isn't engaging. Arrggghhh

Hi mate just wondering whether both capsules were being pierced. The one I had needed the pin in the cap adjusting as it wasn't piercing the front one. Not sure if this is something you've tried or thought of if it is sorry.

Thx for ur imput. I took it back to the shop and was basicly told what should I expect for what I paid. So I decided to buy a seal kit, smoothed and polished all the inners and trigger. Now its working perfectly fine.
