Can U Still Decoy In Snow

I am wanting to go decoying but we the snow on the ground is there any point was going to rake snow away then put my decoys down any other ideas

If you can find a patch with no snow you will have a good day if they are wanting to feed in that field..

same here this morning ---be no need to decoy here they`ll feed up while they can .....

heard it's some of the best time to decoy them, haven't done it myself but my mate says if you clear a patch in a snow covered field and fill it with decoys it can be very productive. Gotta be worth a try if they are unable to feed on other fields they might be out searching and I imagine a hole in the snow covered with decoys would be highly visable from a decent distance.

If you can find any crop thats above the snow its worth a shot or clearing a area as said

yes i also seen loads feeding on stubble the other day, but like some lads have said find a few clear patches you should be fine
