Phantom 631 Posted January 12, 2013 Report Share Posted January 12, 2013 I know dozens of people who own and shoot them. They are HW40's manufactured under license by Beeman. Now generally made in China, they were initially made in Germany by Weirauch. The only fault appears to be the seals in the early ones that were produced in China.
