@general lee. No the man said he wanted a smooth coated chocolate first then out if workers . And if you can't see what's wrong in that go and have a look on pre loved and see how many chocolate pups out if so called workers are peddled on there for a tidy few quid! But like I said if he's gonna graft them then I wish him good luck! It's just if your after a working dog colour should be irrelevant surely!

Marshman he said must have earth dog breeding he didn't say I want a chocolate patterdale don't care if it works he wants a worker would just prefer a chocolate one the same as buying a car you want a good one but you got a preference in color nothing wrong with that

F#ck sake!! Really what is people's problem on here?? He wants a chocolate patt for working, if that's what he wants then what does it matter to anyone on here?? !! Honestly this site is a joke sometimes.

@obi2. Just trying to point out that a chocolate dog doesn't work any different than a black un ! Ah you know what I don't care lol let him pay through the nose for one hell probably get his money back the first litter he has anyway lol

This thread just made my day. If you want choc pups go for it. In the last decade I've seen a few choc pups in litters off blackdogs, they were not the first pick or second either. Does the colour make the difference ?
