Yes good luck in your search mate I'm sure you will find someone that will fit you up for a chocolate terrier, you'll probably have to pay through the nose though as I've heard the chocolate ones are more expensive!

mbdt..........i had a little chocolate patterdale she was a cracking wee earthdog, if you want a choc patt then get one don't listen to any of the negative comments on here, you have to feed it and work it no one else, we all have a preference with everything in life same as the rockets on here that jump on someone for daring to ask a genuine question, anyone i know with patterdales does not charge any more or any less for colour in a litter, so get your choc patt and goodluck with it

Chocolate,Black, white or ffffffffing red whats the difference in colour if the parents are 100% and worthy of breeding from who gives a flying feck what colour they are.my mate has a kennel full of chocolate digging dogs and the odd black there's no difference some mix it, some start mute and some never start just like all working dogs.Mbdt if you wanna chocolate go and get 1 my son because as everyone with a ounce of knowledge will know you can waste 2 years on a pup out of the best of the best and it not worth a carrot irrelevent the colour.

whats the big deal about him wanting a brown patt not a black one same as people wanting certain crosses of lurchers of asking if particular pups are still left because thats the one they want i bet many of people have picked lurcher pups out of litter because they like the look of them say you have 10 black whippet pups and 2 blue ones if someone sed they wanted the blue one no one would say a work rant over get your choc patt mate

You're right mate.....prob expect to pay an extra £100, especially on THL. Sorry for any offence, I'll try & be constructive in future, simply put though if a black pup came up from outstanding parents but there was a choc pup available from not so good dogs, which would you choose?

every time i see CorkyJohn commenting its always something to piss someone off don't think he has anything better to do myself,if the man wants a chocolate patt he wants a chocolate patt why would you even question it.

from a bloke discussing digging dogs who has an avatar photo of a sean frain book......seems a little hypocritical?

Edited to say just read through some of your posts & you've obviously just started hunting.....good luck with your terrier mate, you'll never stop learning
