bobcullen79 1,495
well fingers crossed for a better season on rabbits next season. I think we have done more ratting than out else so it hasnt bee a complete loss Thats it bud, just got to cross our fingers and hope for a better season next year. And make do with what you got meanwhile... All this talk of a cold snap, is too little too late in my opinion, it might nip the VHD and mixy in the bud, but it wont bring back the numbers that have already died. 1 Quote Link to post
Sirius 1,391
One of the best season I have had this year numbers wise. I don't have to travel huge distances either luckily same story with my mate down in the next county. The main problem I have is fitting it all in as by the end of the month it will become very slow and boring with nests and littuns running about. Quote Link to post

Country Joe 1,411
Im just back left at 12 noon back 1.30pm, Been having bother with Whippets stopper, but taped it, and he was fine. Whippet marked two burys that held, three nice big clean rabbits. Hit the nets like an express train. Now i know there are lads on here, that three Rabbits would be crap but im fine with that. Great day, nice weather for a change, no stick ups, so no chance to christen my new mini spade, Cant beat this retirement game. Edited January 9, 2013 by Country Joe 1 Quote Link to post
