making nets

Started making my own nets n its all going good so far. . Quick question . . Do nets still work if you dont increase and decrease meshes ? So say start at 12 at the ring and follow tht right the way down to the bottom ring

In theory, as long as it pulls behind the rabbit and the cord can move freely, i see no reason as to why not. It might make setting it harder though. Someone who has tried it might be able to shed more light however.

Yes you don't have to reduce if you don't want to, rectangular shaped nets work fine.

Would do more than 12 though. Personally I would do 15, if you can get them on the ring.

It will work fine mate but only twelve meshes isn't going to give you a lot of bagging , i put twenty on and stop at four foot

15 plenty i do mine at 7 to 15 4 at 15 then back to 7 so easy to put down once you get use to knitting you can try it its really easy once you have done it
