runforyourlife 361
This is obsurd! It is right next to the road, where the general public, in cluding elderly people and young children walk.. Its wrong....Ok, i totally understand that if you dog goes mullering his livestock then it deserves to be dealt with but this could seriously scare a kid into not wanting to walk his or her dog... Lab 10,979
Im afraid i couldn't take that sign seriously. I mean look at it ffs....he has obviously missed out the word 'in' and had to put it in after and to spell be as 'B' is laughable. I'd imagine he's not got a gun or couldn't use one anyway... 4 Quote Link to post

baw 4,360
I see your still taking photos of signs rfyl lol. It's common up here for farmers to threaten you with shooting your dog if caught in their fields off the lead. Has never stopped me. Get some white paint, change dog to hate and shot to caught Quote Link to post

chartpolski 23,739
A local farmer rents a couple of fields out the back of my house from the local council. There is a public right of way thru' them and also power lines and a council tree plantation. The "gamekeeper" put a padlock on the gate in an attemp to stop me getting to my allotment. I informed the council and they promply came and cut the lock off. It was replaced the same day by the "keeper" so the council came and cut it off again and told the farmer he could be charged with a few different things if it happened again, as the electricity board needed access to the power lines, the council needed access to the plantation and the public had right of way !!! Needless to say, the gate has not been locked since. The moral of this tale is; " They may put signs up and lock gates ; but it doesn;t mean they are in the right " !!! Cheers. 3 Quote Link to post

Its ok saying it to your face or word of mouth but this is to much.. Even the farmers around think it is barbaric.... Quote Link to post
