Rake aboot 4,935
Why didn`t the rspca spend the money looking after the horses, or helping the auld bloke to look after them, rather than spend teh cash trying to get the auld fella prosecuted,, Animal welfare my arse !! self promoting publicist wankers, thats what the rspca is.

the_stig 6,614
dont you think the rspca got it right in this case -- thay needed worming they needed good snap -- did he not have a dead foal on his place i`m no fan of the rspca but someone had to step in ?? ...while he was trying to do the right thing he`d lost his sense of direction guidence rather than a prosacution might of been a better way but whatever he needed a boot up the arse to get his act in order ..

I agree.......he had lost it by then and too proud too ask for help. He got the help then took the piss by bringing more horses in. The dead foal could have been killed by mixing new horses so that leads me to think he actually doesnt know his stuff. I did laugh when he was taking the piss out of the RSPCA though when they were trying to round them up...and then to top it off they send a fat lass cammo'd up to shoot a horse with a dart gun from 6 feet..........

graham4877 1,181
The rspca should of stepped in.. and spent some of that 120m to help the old boy out..not drag him to f*****g court!

Yes i agree in situations like this its good to have sort of organisation to help the animals, whether that is the RSPCA is another thing. I dont think they should have helped him financially....f**k that!! Thats like saying build some c**t a new kennel cause his dogs live in a shithole and he cant afford to look after them......no chance. If you cant afford them then you shouldn't have them. Rake aboot 4,935
I think what we need is whatever the RSPCA USED to stand for, not this modern media whore version. They should have stepped in,,,with help, not threats, but that wouldn`t have made as much noise to get them noticed on TV. The RSPCA founder would be turning in his grave at what the hunt sabs have done to his charity.
