Anyone Else's Dog Lay Down Like This.

First dog i have seen do it regularly. Seems like she enjoys it. Hips are fine and in perfect health. Just a strange way to lay down.

i had a jrt and a staffordshire terrier that lay like that, probably not as uncommon as you think.

Yeah it's weird. lol

 

She does it quite a lot for a long time. Prob about 10 minutes then switches up. Iv had around 15 dogs in my life time and none of them ever did this. Glad she's not the only one

Every staff I've ever owned has lain in that posture right enough.......can't say I've ever seen a lurcher do it until now though.

You know, thinking about it. I had a Rottweiler that used to do this from time to time. Never for a long time. But I just remembered she did it sometimes.

they love to lay like it --just strecthing out do you lay in the same posistion all the time ...

I work with lots of diverant dogs and many of them do that. All of them have their hip tests done when we get them in and all are fine some dogs do it some don't. Nothing to worry about.
