North Pembs accent up round Newcastle Emlyn way is very, very soft where Welsh is the first language, just listen to Cerys Mathews but you wouldn't exactly call mine a feminine Welsh accent, more refined than you lot maybe! Welsh is another marmite accent, sometimes it's great others it's funny. Cumbrian is the strangest I've ever heard, but not annoying, just strange. The hardest I have ever tried to understand was the noise that the natives of Fort William make! Honest to god I thought they were all foreign, after a few hours my ears tuned in and I could pick out some English words. Such a strong accent and dialect it just doesn't sound English.
