How did you get into hunting?

My granddad took me out to catch a trout when I was about 5 and sort or remained fascinated with catching stuff ever since. We lived out in the sticks so there was always loads of stuff to try and catch. Remember spending hours with an upturned wheel barrow propped up with a stick attached to string out of the house window trying to catch the pheasants that would come into the garden, I must have been about 6.

Remember getting some snares a couple of years later and trying to use them, then ferrets, then air rifles before swapping them for and FAC when old enough. Always had spaniels growing up but moved onto lurchers now. Recently got my SGC in the past 3 years as well as an after thought (although am pretty crap with it)
