Probuk 93
Hi folks, I have a Silver Ferret that I bought last season as a pet..maybe to do a bit of ferreting with one day aswell. He's well feed, looked after and loved to death by myself and even more so by the missis. He's as daft as a brush & compleatly bonkers & loves attention. He loves digging around in the garden that he has the full run of with tunnels toys and plant pots that he loves playing in. He's also sniffed out and dugg out a few mice & there nests and taken them over to the missis to play with before eating them in front of her Recently he's started turning over his food bowl while its full of food He's well fed.. we feed him on cat food, chiken, rabbit, duck, goose, bread & milk, Pheasnt, beef, lamb, & bits of ham, he even likes a bit of fish every now and then..sardines, tuna and the likes So why is he turning his bowl over.? Its almost as if hes doing it in disgust Marty Quote Link to post

stinkers 102
Aye agree with Jamie m.........it could just be not hungry or he may be bored!!! As long as he's healthy and still eating i wouldnt be overly concerned by it ....is the food bowl in his house or is it outside .....if in his house then try moving it somewhere else to chnge it a bit....my last stinker destroyed his dwelling if i didnt change things around regulary lol Quote Link to post

ferret100 47
Mine do it just because they can, mostly for the satisfaction of watching someone clean up their mess. Quote Link to post
