iana 25
Be patient mate, not many rabbits around in some areas. Don't expect big bags and be prepared to work to get whatever you catch. It's not as easy as some make it out to be. Quote Link to post
tegater 789
Not sure if the terrier box and ferret collars are going to work the same but you may also need.... ferrets, purse nets (unless only using dogs or guns), spade, probe?, carrying box for ferrets, knife, small torch? small folding saw? food and water for ferrets. couple of small long nets? Cage etc for ferrets to live. permission? possibly.. You dont need all the above, but it all comes in use at times!! Quote Link to post

stinkers 102
Where bouts are ya mr t? Have you got some permissions already for the stinkers. As long as you look after the stinkers and keep em well fed and watered then they'll be fine, feed as above dry food or meat, and plenty of handling them. If your just going to use dogs and no purse nets then make sure your permissions know your using dogs ....or maybe invest in some nets gives you more options for land permissions. Pick up a stinker or two ...they do like company, they get bored if on there own so two is a start. If in doubt about starting or not with stinkers get someone to go out with you a few times get the idea of it and then see if its up your street or not. No point getting all the gear to realise it aint for you!!!!!! Quote Link to post
