Avoiding hangovers

dont think its quantity im going along the lines of mixing drinks mate

 

thats the worst thing to do, i am ok if just stick with beer or lager, but whisky is bad for me either makes me want to throw up, i start fighting lol. So dont have the stuff, and my wife makes sure i dont :yes: plus as you get older you dont get as much pissed as when younger well i dont , drink got me fair bit of trouble you have to grow up some time :yes:

Drink regular and of the same stuff its the one off little binges that kill you. If you do it again soon and repeat you soon get used too feeling rubbish. I don't drink any more mind so maybe don't take my advice :)

Drink water before bed, I always put water next to the bed before I go out, plus a nice greasy fry up in the morning washed down with coffee then straight onto the dog again you'll be fine by lunch.... or pisssed again :laugh:

 

Where we have the British fry up as our national hagover cure spare a thought for Mexico where they genuinely believe (well they do in Sonora) that a cow's face taco will cure any hangover :laugh:

Well I've started taking liver tablets and the last 5/6 times I've been pished I've felt fine. I uses to get killed with hangovers but not now. That was 2 days of drink there and I feel fine today.:-)

Well i still feel completly shit after new year and feel like never touching alcohol again ,has anyone any ideas on avoiding hangovers

you cant avoid them if you drink to get f****d, now if your a sociable drinker, thats different alltogether. they get worse as ye get older anyway i think :bad: i didnt drink much last year so im going tea total as of this year :yes:
