Long dog and lurcher

Recommended Posts

Technicaly; a "Longdog" is a pure sighthound or a cross between sighthounds; i.e. a Whippet/Saluki/Greyhound would be a "Longdog".

A "Lurcher" is usualy a sighthound crossed with anything else.

I have one of each, but find it simpler to refer to them both as "Lurchers" !

Cheers.
