I carried one of them shite folding shovels for years in my net bag, and when i needed it, f****n bent like the one pictured above. These short handled army ones on ebay are ideal, light and cheap. B.P.R 2,798 Posted January 2, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 2, 2013 ive botched the net up. its in my net bag but when i come back across it i will put it to one side for you baldy the military spades are ok but like i said ive snapped plenty of them ive just found this that i used to use. its small and handy. it can be secured at a right angle for scraping out the dirt. also fits in the bottom compartment of my ferret box.
