J.DOG 1,355
Is there such a thing as an adults electric powered quad, or rather battery powered? And before it comes up, yes i know they sell quads in toys r us! Joke and apart, i've got a degenerative desease and struggle to get around in the outdoors. I've looked at going the whole hog with a road going 4x4, like a discovery. Good for lamping out the roof, but so noisey day or night! But i could get a quad and leave it at the farm. However, i intend on trying to aquire more land, and if i'm fortunate to do so i'll then need a trailer which would be a right pain. I know there's the pain of opening gates, but as time goes on my back is getting worse. Any other ideas would be appreciated, constructive, or p*** taking i don't mind!! i think meself and most of the forum wouldnt take to kindly out of people taking the piss out of your condition................i hope you cope as best you can........atb I agree nothing to joke about what so ever hope you cope with it as best you can mate

redcharge 378
Why are you after an electric one mate? I cant see an electric quad cutting the mustard across rough terrain, you would be better picking up an old 4 stroke Honda Im sure it will work out much cheaper in the long run with the cost of repairs etc. of one of those electric types, 4 stroke Hondas are bomb proof
TOM TERRIER 173
Good machines, bit slow and noisy for lamping the dogs in my opinion though Edited January 22, 2013 by TOM TERRIER
