stupid things you`ve done in the last year ...

Dropping 10 kg 22lbs,,by summer,,, and now gaining it all back,,, got to start again now

I dropped 28lbs since summer... Have gained back about 4lbs since xmas but am hitting the gym and the boxing as soon as i can as ive 32lbs to lose in fat... I had made a lot of progress but lost my motivation for a bit

show off....lol

nope... I worked hard and turned fat into muscle, counted calories, ate extra protein and then just as i was getting toned up nicely but went off track for a few weeks and lost muscle and willpower and couldnt get back into it... Going to hammer back into it now before i gain any more weight :(

I'm afraid it's physiologically impossible to turn fat into muscle honey!!! You may well have lost some body fat whilst building muscle at the same time!!! I was unfortunate to be a body builder for a number of years, managing to sustain 15 stone and 6% body fat which is similar to you pinching the inside of your arm!!! Nah...joking aside...i was like i said and it was damn hard work. I had to stop through illess but will be going back once the 4th bedroom is sorted out which means i can have a gym at home. I loved it when i was training...best i felt my entire life!!! Keep at it as i can assure you...you will never feel as good ATB Robert :-)

well whatever happened i lost 14lbs while eating 1400 calories per day doing 3hrs per wk kickboxing, 1hr per week swimming 2hrs weight training 4miles every day cycleing or walking, i also ate back some exercise calories.

I stopped exercising due to family reasons for several weeks and the weight just dropped off me.. And the muscle disapearered quickly :( 3mths later and im maintaining my current weight but need to get back into training... Starting at another club to try boxing out and i intend to replace kickboxing with muay thai as im not happy with my current club and horseriding is also on the agenda for 2013 as i badly need to get back in the saddle

This is why you lost the weight that you lost. A woman needs 2000 calories just to sustain normal dailly activities so if all you were consuming was 1400 calories then you were consuming 600 calories less than the RDA so that's your answer. The reason that you gained some muscle mass was because, at the the same time that you were etaing well in terms of calories, you were also doing some exercise which i presume was new to you at the time so therefor you have gained in terms of muscle mass! Edited by AirgunGuy

what stupid things have you done in the last year -- i`ve done a few but this one stands out i`ve been banned by the mrs from having a fag in the house -- fair play i`ve cut down and dont mind going i

I do pretty stupid stuff quite regularly, just common sense stupid stuff. Like while putting my fence up in strong wind back in October I rested a post up against the fence to carry on digging the nex

It was def a chair not rfyl little porch that got burnt

While on the subject....you don't have to do A particular type of exercise such as Muay Tia etc to burn fat...as long as you get your heart rate above 120 for 45 mins per day...no matter whether it's running, cycling, boxing or whatever....you will still lose body fat providing of course that you're not shoveling shite down your neck

Too many to remember, but one that sticks in my mind is me stabbing myself with a dirty knife that had just gutted about 20 rabbits. It required 2 field stiches administered by the THL`s very own Dr. Socks and his dusty dog repair kit. What made it more embarrassing was the land owners very fit (and probably high maintainence) stable hand was present :icon_redface:

Fncking funny, I went into shock when I got home - freezing cold all eve, I couldnt do fnck all about it, it was frustrating and weird. I`d never been in shock before.
