That's exactly what I'm hoping for mate. The Missus wanted a 2nd dog to keep her company when I go lamping, sometimes I go away for 2 nights at a time lamping with my lurcher so I wanted something that could be a pet for her and my 3 year old girl. They wanted some gay fluffy thing at first which I ruled out straight away, then I thought about a whippet which ticked all the boxes but it would only be a matter of time before I took it lamping and that defeats the object.
