Lewis Ste 245
Iv been tempted to swap the hw97k in for a hw95 or as the the 97 is a tad heavy for my liking and the two break barrels would be more point able but tbh I wouldn't consider myself part of the noodle arm crew at 15 stone 7. Another thing is the hw95k is a much nice looking rifle than the hw97k and once my job situation is sorted out il be purchasing ether a s/h r10 with ultra barrel for £400 or brand new Hw95k for 300 Lewis Quote Link to post
gurtwurz 792
Lewis, the size you are should make lugging an artillery piece around easy never mind an airgun lol 1 Quote Link to post

I shoot spring and pcp. But you wont get the same 'connection' if thats the right word, with the pcp. If you find the right springer for you, and you shoot it well, it will be your favorite gun and you will not sell it on as like i said, you seem to 'connect' with it in the same way. For me it was the HW95. Ive had the hell tuned out of it , custom stock, ultra short barrel. Custom moderator made with a bit weight in it just so it balances right for me. Lots of guns come and go but that one is here to stay. Quote Link to post
Daniel_Smith 1
Just a quick update, picked up an HW80 today. It is quite something, heavy but I find that it's easy to hold steady. Unfortunately it was dark by the time I got home so I haven't fired it yet. I've ordered a Hawke 3-9x40 AO which should come later on this week along with some see through mounts. Thanks for all the advice, Daniel Quote Link to post

Daz 7 563
I've had most of the top springer's HW , Pro sport, HW 97 KT but the Best one for Me is the Original Hunter and Target Rifle the HW 77 in .22 Cal Especially with the New Ambi Stock So a Gifted Leftie like Me can shoot it to it's true Potential and it's still untuned and i'm smacking cracking groups with it But coupled with the hefty Falcon Menace Scope it's Not for the Noodle Arms Brigade. atvb Daz 7. Awesome gun! I'm a lefty and mine's a still got the right hand biased stock but even with that it will blow the shlong off a gnat at air gun ranges in the right hands... or left. Quote Link to post
