50w Bulb In Striker?

Could i put a 50w Lance bulb in a striker? Just so the battery lasts twice as long and would it make much of a difference?

your battery would last much longer but you would have poor light compared to the 100 watt bulb . Make sure the new bulb is positioned the same as the old one or it will affect your beam or spot.

It's not the bulb makes no different it the back reflecter . The 100 watt is going to be brighter than a 50 watt

lose on wattage gain on battery life...but lose on brightness..maybe not much..but you'll lose brightness all the same..atb stabba

i use 50w but my battery is 26amp and its still abit dull

50watt bulb will be dimmer but double battery life as not needing as much energy to light it but 50watt is bright anuf I got one

50 watt lamp will use half that of a 100 watt lamp....simples

if you use an osram xenophot 50w bulb it will be as bright if not brighter than cheap 100w bulbs and will give a beam thats good out to around 200 yards.
