think how the pensioners must feel with the price of it [and before someone says COLD i know]

not all pensioners are poor and poor or rich they all get the heating allowance as its not means tetsed but it did win the grey vote

£200 not alot is it with the price of fuel a extra £25 if its below freezing for 7 days in a row i suppose its better than nothing

but that cold wether payment is means tested  what im saying is if they didnt give the winter fuel allowance to every pensioner but only to those that needed it then no pensioner would need to be in fuel poverty

A little tip that most will allready know; turn your telly. dvd. digi box, pc, etc, OFF at the wall, don't leave them on stand-by !! You'll be pleasantly supprised how much it saves. Even turning the telly and computer off when you nip to the shops will save you money !

Cheers.

3 bed house nothing big......2 kids and in the city. Missus leaves every light on in the house at night if she's been upstairs in the bedroom she'll leave the bedside lights on till she goes to bed!!! Kids are on there gadgets most of the time or things are charging for them phones charging laptops going soon mounts up....me i'd be happy in a mobile home nice woodburning stove to heat it and minimum gadgets.....and me stinkers
