B&W 29
Alright lads, got a problem with my Mk1 15ft box. Was working fine when I was out midweek, then after I put my nets out to dry I gave the finder a little once over as I always do and found out it now makes some crazy squelching sound as soon as the dial goes past 4-5ft. I had it apart yesterday but all the tracks look good, no dry joints etc. I had a little play with the little white things used to calibrate but with no joy. If anyone has any ideas, then I'm willing to give them a go before sending it off to someone as I could do without spending anymore money at the moment.. Could really do with getting it sorted asap as I'm out sunday. Any help much appreciated. Atb. Quote Link to post

The one 8,481
You can calibrate them yourself if you havent tried that theres two screw at the long carbon rod and theres a post on here if you use the search engine Quote Link to post

gnipper 6,484
Are you trying it near electrical stuff or your phone or summat that could be interfering with it? Quote Link to post
B&W 29
No, that was my first thought when it started playing up as I was in the kitchen with allsorts going on. I then tried it in a few other places and same results. Quote Link to post
