So very sad to lose a little pup, and especially to such a horrible disease: thankfully it is not common at all. You've had a lousy experience but get out there and get another pup: it will help to ease your loss, especially for your young 'un and wife.

i am looking but obviously the loss has made a huge dent in finances so im probably going to wait as i dont want just any old pup, im wanting a pup bred from good working stock that i can bring on in my own way.

I've spent a week trying, spent a fortune at the vets but sadly my little patterdale has passed away. He didn't even see the outside. My wife is inconsolably as is my 3 yr old. Sadly he was just too young to fight.

where you based mate, if ya want another one we will gift you a bitch 10 week old patterdale lakie, if it helps you and your family its the last one i have and your needs sound greater than mine atb mel x lisa :thumbs:

Gutted for the Bloke but what a Tremendeous Gesture off you and your mrs , shows there's some Really Good People on here who you don't here about until someone's in a bad situation then they come to the fore , Brilliant ! Edited by lanesra
