foxtails 272
i know this topic has come up a few times, but after this years boxing day, news papers ect does anyone actually think it will EVER get overturned? in todays daily mirror it said that 76% of mp's are against deer hare and fox hunting with dogs and 24% would vote for an over turn, and apparantly 3 out of 4 british citizens are against fox hunting with dogs as it cruilty and belongs in the past.ffs even the prime minister wants a vote to over turn it, but as it stands there is'nt enough mp's in our favour. iv been keeping an eye on this for a few years, it frustrates me as 99% of the people against it , no nothing about it!!! whats peoples views on this? The one 8,457
Think the goverment has bigger problems and self made feck ups to worry about than overturning the fox hunting ban

BIG G wheton machine 1,594
britain is fcuked up so much these days that if it ever went into ww3 90% of the brits would be talking to the guards taking then to the gas chambers in a peaceful protest saying it offends some muslims human rights, and the invading armies would say thats right now move along ya poof til we turn the gas taps on. i think britain would be there for the taking
General lee 979
Haha yes mate they would because you can't offend people especially a minority
BIG G wheton machine 1,594
id bet my dogs on 95% of the men/women who died in the wars would be turning in theyre graves at the state the governments (labour the main one) have let britain get into absolute disgrace and a big disrepect to them
Mooch. 177
The poll you're quoting from was commisioned by LACS so it's no suprise the figures are against us. Like Bigdog says, manipulated. Having said that I don't think the Hunting Act'll be repealed. The Hunts are enjoying a surge in support now so I think the mps will say why go back when trail hunting is so popular. You lurcher boys have been all but forgotten, reduced to "poachers" by the media.

The Seeker 3,048
No govt has the stomach for the fight it would take to over turn it. What does it matter to joe public it doesn't affect their sky TV, iPhone or Xbox so what do they care? Show them a picture of a dead fox tell them it was hunted with dogs ask them if it should be allowed 90% would say no. It would take a govt with a lot of fight to start convincing the public of the reality of true field sports and as has already been said they have bigger fish to fry. Much to my sadness I don't ever see the ban being lifted and you have Labour to thank for that so the next time your n the polling booth remember that.
3175darren 1,100
This country is knacked, for sure Hunting need's to come back,it was unjust at the time, but beleive me it wont come back any time soon, even thought I dearly wish to be eating them words, all the media is biased and favours the anti's money men unjustly influencing the media, it is going to be an up hill battle, when the media have lost the ability to be inpartial,I think there is probably more we could do to force fair representation from the media, and let the people see the true story, but the anti's have too many people inside the media,I think the country would support us,if we were able to put our point accross properly, but the words are the measure of the man,so if this goverment dont stick to there words then thats another shafting the england has had,and this goverment should not get away with that, between now and then keep your chins up and dont give them any more reason to,disciminate against us,and dont let this issue lie under a pile of dusty papers, the squeaky wheel gets oil,we ought to have another march bring the issue back to the top of there pile of issues,
redial 81
I hope Iam wrong but can't see it ever coming back and the concern for me is the anti;s appear to have cash for camera's transport various other equipment and in some area's very organised . You have to think where is there funding coming from. If hunting stopped today , they would target somthing else. I feel for the youngster's who wish to be inv olved in field sport's. Have a Happy New Year and Push On.
