Pissed off big time .

I have been thinking about getting a T3 but this has put me of big style ...... will be having a look around for another gun.

It just got better, folks! I happened to be talking to a guy in the Chat Room last night. He seemed very proud of his own rifle. Something like a 'Heavy Barrelled Classic', I think he said it was. But there was one thing that had pissed him off big time. He'd bought it, brand new. When he took it out of the box and examined it? He discovered the bolt was completely f*cked! In his own words to me; " I don't know how it even ever got Proofed! ".

 

Back to the shop with it and raised hell. They took it back and got it fixed. They also gave him a top of the range gun slip by way of compensation.

 

And Yes; It was a Tikka! And, yes; It had been sent out from the TIKKA factory in an Unusably Faulty Condition!!!

 

Anyone reading all this and thinking of getting a TIKKA still considering making such an 'informed desicion'?
