TOPPER 1,809 Posted December 28, 2012 Report Share Posted December 28, 2012 depends on your infection as paulus said metacam is an anti inflam , wash your infection out with salty water and apply something like savalon or germolene it wouldnt hurt to wash it out with a dettol solution but if its a bad infection you going to need antibiotics , exactly what is the infection some pic s would help us advise yoou Quote Link to post Share on other sites
