slingshot82 32
Has anybody got any tips to discourage my dog from peeing up against the entrance to his kennel/bedding box from the run? It seems to be his favourite spot for doing it, and I have no idea how to stop him. I have yet to catch him doing it, but its obvious he's doing it by the smell and dampness on the wall and floor. I have seen some pee posts online that are supposed to encourage the dog to pee on them but I have read reviews and they don't get enough positive reviews to make it worth while trying. Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thanks Kyle

GazSBT 8
You need to get rid of the scent, that's why dogs go back to the same plac, you can buy a proper spray for the job from pet stores don't use house hold cleaners because there bad for your dog and some contain ammonia which will attract a dog to go there

Stuartb85 0
In Spain they put clear bottles of water at gate posts to stop dogs urinating at them, might be worth putting a 2ltr bottle of water in place, take the labels off so its clear right through...
