porkycrook 466
Craig that was so cryptic it went flying over my head lol. The more that the person writes it becomes more and more straightforward to spot him/them, although they might get to use spell-checka. Quote Link to post
risingfriend 1,042
Get some more info on blueprinting before you proceed , its a sham in my eyes . Risingfriend , xtx and Phil ( Rat Works ) are both very well known aand respected . Also , consider the fit of each rifle before you buy . Having said that , i assume you have tried both ? Always spend as much as you can , it pays in the long run . Maybe you could get yourself into a club so you can try a few and see what suits you best . Nice one Sir gotta say i totally missed it also, Gotta give him some credit for trying though and to think i was trying to help out. :censored: :censored: Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
He just resurrected this id on Airgun forum, selling Zeiss binoculars this time! Down in flames again! Quote Link to post
paulk73 151
I bought a scorpion se that had been bought new then immediately sent off for blue printing. i scoped it up zeroed it fired a few through the chrono. had a look on chairgun, got my range marks sorted. went to my permission, and head shot a pigeon at 49 yards. it was outstanding. the guy that bought and had it blueprinted only fired 4 mags through it. but i had a hw100 sat at home so i wasn't using it so i sold it on. Buster321c 1,010
By definition, a blueprint is rebuilding the rifle to the original blueprint specifications. The only people who have these blueprints (the original engineering drawings) are John Bowkett and BSA, so therefore nobody else can "blueprint" your rifle. Other people can "tune" a rifle, but it's not a blueprint. There fore , if a rifle needs blueprinting , it has left the factory with the parts ``out of tollerance`` If BSA are happy to sell these items , and people still buy them .................
