What the best way to get rid of it, what kind of trap would i need to catch+ kill it. Used to have dog food in rubber Bins, but the twat chewed through 1 of them, now got galvenised steel Bins now, but its still there .? Any help thanks or should get a old farm tom cat lol . ftm 3,357
just get a sachet of poison mate or a small cage trap with whatever its been munching on placed inside -billy Quote Link to post
moxy 617
For simplicity a T Rex or easy set break back trap or a pro victor. No need to get creative and start digging up the garage floor or getting a pack of terriers and some dynamite in. Just keep it simple. Baited with peanut butter, try smooth and if its a fussy fecker give it crunchy 2 Quote Link to post

Millet 4,497
Set a mk 4 Fenn as close to each wall as you can sprinkle a bit of dog food on the trigger plate and stick a box over it so the trap is in a kind of tunnel..but make sure the box is high enough so it does not interfere with the junping trap..feck the poison route i don't trust it.. jandcguns 65
Just use £2.50 snap trap baited with cheese or peanut butter Quote Link to post
Matt 160
The plastic break back traps can be very effective and inexpensive. They also whack 'em hard : It's always worth tying them down though to stop the trap and/or rat disappearing down a wall cavity. Quote Link to post
logun 91
but if you really want a good trap get a pro victor not the plastic shit some use. Quote Link to post
