brassneck 128 Posted December 23, 2012 Report Share Posted December 23, 2012 i feed mackeral to mine , whole but gutted , bitch loves them , dog wont touch them , even mashed into other feed . i believe theres alot of useful oils in them , i catch them in the summer and freeze them til needed , if nothing else it varies the diet abit . patterdale moocher 10 Posted December 25, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 25, 2012 I fed the raw fillets mixed with biscuit and all of em eat all the biscuit but left the fish so i emptied the bowls into a pan boiled it for ten mins and they woofed it down no problem-so will boil in future now-Nice 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

They're cheap enough from Tesco fish counter and I just chuck 'em in the bowl as they come. Oily fish good for dogs joints and coat health. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
