jasper65 6
Many years back there was a lady called Doris stokes who used to practice this craft in front of large audiences, she had them captivated as she would pull people randomly out of the Audience and describe and give messages to them from former deceased people or relatives. now this lady was so convincing she said on her death bed she would return to other Mediums and prove to everyone that so called life after death was real, to this date as far as I know she never has , what do you reckon people! are these people for real or is it mind games or whatever? Has anyone ever attended anything like this or fortune tellers, Tarrot Cards, or whatever else and received any gennuine information? or experienced anything Paranormal? Cheers Jasper

Bosun11 537
Maybe there is summat in it, though for the life of me I dunno what? Think it's them type of ghost stories that were impregnated into your mind as a kid, always makin you 'over think'. True story.....Three lads I work with, havin a jolly round Southport, few shops, lots of pubs type of day...... Walkin down Lord Street, bloke marches straight into Rob (18st nutter!), bloke hits deck, boys look down it's that Dereck Acorah off Most Haunted, Rob leans over to pick him up an says.. "Didn't see that one comin, did ya?"!!!!! Sums it all up for me!!!

Guest oldskool
i always thought there was somethin about it... my wee brother came into the living room and told dad that there was a man in the kitchen askin how we all were... he was only a nipper at the time but his description of what the man looked like matched our grandads... he died before my bro was born sister went to the local gypsy site for a reading.. she said it was a pile of shite... most of what was said could have related to alot of things... ferret15 0
i have seen ghosts and been to see mediums i think it the same as anything else, there are people out there that will give you what mediums call proof of survival something that know one else could of possible known in my opinion theses people are genuine. then there are people who are telepathic you sit there think i wish my mum would come through and says she OK and thats exactly what they tell you. then there are the fakes that tell you that they see an old my in some sort of uniform and asks you dose this mean anything to you if you answer yes then they go with it if you say no they guess again a true medium will just tell you what they are given no questions no lights turned out and all that but what they tell you leaves you in know doubt !! If these people can see in to the future how come they are not all lottery winners? people who can see into the future are not mediums i don't believe in them but the are called fortune tellers mediums are just the a mediator a vessel of communication they cant tell you what you want to hear just what they are given by spirit i was a total skeptic till i had a medium come up to me in the street in Australia where i knew no one and she said to me ''don't worrie your Nan has the ring'' my Nan was murdered when i was seven and the only thing i ever had of hers was her wedding ring every one kept telling me not to wear it but i did and i lost it i never told anybody it was my secret if i had told any one they would of said told you so and i felt bad enough any way. i asked her how she new this and she said your Nan told me i was intrigued and asked her no end of questions she told me about a spiritual church in the area and i went a long to see what it was about it was free so no one was making anything out of it, i saw person after person given proof of survival and i thought this is a lot of hassle to go to as a set up until the speaker turned to me described my Nan and a few other members of my family to me to a tee i wasn't even thinking of the other people she described so it couldn't of been telepathy!!
