Its alright for some.... if santa would give me some time off work to get out and about i would be happy! That sounds a good mixed bag that mate!! I know what you mean bobby, i would have probarbly murdered the mrs years ago if i wasnt able to get out with the dogs!! The good thing about these floods is its xmas so i can charge silly money so thats a new kennel block and a pup bought and payed for coutessy of dun drainage.... so those that pay their water rates- thanks!! Lol

I would do a swap!!! I think im going to ease off work in january and febuary if theres no more flooding and just dedicate my time to the dogs and try and mop some foxes up before we start catching pheasants up. I need to get around a few of my farms and show my face!

he got me my new bitch wife will do her nut if i ask for anything else-she went up the wall when i came home with the dog-lol-told her i need my dogs to stop me head going pop but she dont understand-lol-stuck indoors is no fun mate as much as i love her and the kids-need to be out atb

Best weather for it round here with there being so much forest and cover they will lay up even in heavy snow, but you get heavy rain for a day or 2 and you get good number's to ground

Nice to hear at least a few of you are finding a bit to keep the dogs busy! Breeder its the same in yorkshire, i think the timber iv bought for building my new kennels would be put to better use building an ark.

I've noticed that over the past 4-5 year getting Charlie to ground is like hens teeth , I think it's cos the weather it's to mild ? But on the lamp I've lamped 5 in the space of 2 fields , but am of work now for at least a week and am going to have a good look about fingers crossed ,

could be right mate we cover some miles to get one to ground now its mental we touched lucky yestrday suppose

Its ruind my season so far! all the drains are full and fields soaked, im hopeing to start two young terriers off this season but there is no chance so far.

 

We have got some bail stacks witch il try over the next few weeks but not ideal for young terriers as there massive stacks..

i think its coz too many people are into the game now. more than you think. every area ya go someone has already scented it.
