Work them hard 339 Posted December 23, 2012 Report Share Posted December 23, 2012 @jezza ye ino that mate but crossing a jack or patt with bull will give it the extra lil bit off aggression,ye thanks If you need to add bull into the mix to breed better pups then you shouldn't be breeding them at all, Do you really want a dog that you can only dig a handful of times a season? Plenty of good dogs about that aren't bully! Give me a clever dog with a bit of brain over a gormless numb bull x that just sits and takes punishment, the clever dog may not look as cool or tough but I know for sure that it will be getting far more work! 4 Quote Link to post
tinytiger 845 Posted December 24, 2012 Report Share Posted December 24, 2012 Ok bobby praps when I look into a terrier ill stay away from the bull blood maybe, @bulljack he looks a good un haw tall is he? shes a short leged bitch about 11 inch, not for everyone but works well for me i have 2 of these terriers and they are good around other dogs work cover very well, this one is working under and over and very keen. i really liked the look of her when i saw her at the show,happy christmas to you-that bitch i had up there is doing very well as well(above and below)-myself and the brother were checking horses he has grazing somewhere, earlier when she put a fox out rushes-id say he heard us talking and was sneaking off-the brother spotted him-off after him like there was a rocket up her hole and caught him in a bit of forestry about 3/4 mile away-we wouldnt have found them at all only for a3/4 plummer i have(not a great dog but he was only a pet till lately-3 of his litter were good)-i got out of her two brothers during the week-one too big ,the other one too insane with other dogs-thats my experience with them kind of crosses-they can throw any amount of different ways-some right good and some not quite what you expected-sorry if im rambling -having a few Quote Link to post
