Which is the best cheese, for me there is no question it has to be cheddar, its colour texture and durability must be unbeatable, surely a more lets say diminutive type cheese such as Wensleydale and others of its type can,t be as useful for adorning snacks and as versatile as a good old fashioned cheddar, for me its cheddar everytime, your thoughts please

A little of each is what`s required. Mrs loves a bit of apple smoked or wensleydale with fruit, Im not too fussed, I`ll eat most of it as long as it dont smell too ripe.

Hmm Out of the two, it has to be cheddar. It`s a much more of an all rounder versatile cheese.

 

Seriously strong is nice as an everyday sandwich and toast type.

 

I do love a gorgonzola though,, a nice ripe blue ! oh yes
