thanks guys put me right off now ha ha saved me getting a fine i didnt realise it would cause so much stress bloody loads of bunnys where i carnt go typical! my permishions are getting realy quiet and cannot obtain any more(not through lack of trying)

Yup ferreting at night is a pain in the ass......and the public do not take well to people ferreting foot paths as i said we can get together after xmas and will take you out with us no worries Atb bobby

carry on mate ,............just take a jack hammer and make sure you compact it after you back fill ............and dont forget to take a few buckets of temp tarmac..........

We have done many a bridle ways and footpaths that runs through our permissions with no probs other than the odd pain in the as*e anti moaning it's cruel

but if the surrounding land is not one of your permissions then i guess you will have to get the councils permission
