Im the guy that has bought the pistols,and i have been polite throughout.I even sent the cash via 24hr special delivery and pmed him the tracking number straightaway.Chris and i spoke on the phone tonight and as i previously said he was very polite and genuine.I shall inform you when i receive the items,but i suspect that still wont be good enough to the guy who made the allegations.

Make 100% sure that cheque has cleared before you post anything, sounds a lot like someone is trying to hurry you into sending them before the cheque clears.

 

And remember that cheques can appear as cleared before they actually are.

 

I'd say it sounds like you getting scammed, not the other way around!

cheque hit the bank this morning i didnt even know it was canceled till i got home tonight , is their any way off telling what time i opened up the barrage of pms i got that would clear this up once and for all . . i stiil have the he canceled the cheque , no harm done i even sent him a pm with my mob number and asked him too call me so i could explain , just got abuse

This should be called find the scammer not the hunting life. f**k sakes you all need to calm down and if you are so worried about being scammed don't f*****g buy anything from here how many people are going to be called a scammer when they aren't we should all be together in our sport not fighting at every opportunity.

I will do face to face now,I didn't want the goods sent before the cheque cleared I wanted to know if he had received it he had 3 days to tell me yes or no ,he was logging on and off all three days was it to much to say he's or no I wasn't taking the chance of being scammed so I had every right to cancel the cheque,if he had of said after 3 days yes I've got the cheque there would of been no prop em he handled it badly bye being on line and not answering my 4pms we live and learn there's to manny scammers around to take risks a simple yes or no that's all it would of taking he chose to ignore that's his look out

Ok I understand that and yes he should of put more effort in but can't we all get on untill it's proven your a bad apple I used to ride motorcross I was crap but on all the forums I'm on theres never any of this its a shame because most people want to get out and make the sport as big as it can be I'm not an expert that's why I'm on YouTube/hunting life so I can learn but it makes you scared to ask anyone a question because you don't no what response you'll get

Look JJM and webster this is how you get round all that rubber cheque scenario. We are assured that webster has the gun, nice piccy of him with it etc etc. webster opens a deposit account at major bank, cost £1, a deposit account is used so that there can be no direct debits or standing orders made against it see!

 

JJM goes and puts cash in over the counter, he has the account number so he knows that should anything go wrong he can go to the police and they can trace websters address from the bank!

 

webster checks the balance, knows the money has been put in and sends JJM the tracking number for whatever method he chooses to send the weaponry! Everybody happy, season of good will restored and we can all go hunting mince pies happy in the knowledge that all is right with the world!
