Country Joe 1,411 Posted August 12, 2013 Report Share Posted August 12, 2013 If yer Mates Whippet is any guid, take it to another working Whippet thats throwing good stuff, If you don't fancy that, find a good working bedlington, they are the speediest in the terrier world, and their conformation compliments the Whippet, And if you breed right, they are usually sought after little dogs. Blind Hawk 57 Posted August 14, 2013 Report Share Posted August 14, 2013 A cross of that sort Whippet xTerrier OK will get you your leggy terrier BUT you are only slowing down the whippet side and producing a terrier that more likely wont want to go through any heavy cover ...My advice .pick out what you want in a dog ..............what you want it to do .Get yourself a pup from a good line Quote Link to post
