Ferret diet

What would ye all think is the best diet for a ferret

Very topical,I allways feed,rabbit or wild meat in winter,with the odd egg,in summer in order to keep the flies down I feed a complete ferret food,

Rabbits etc all winter and chicken carcasses in the summer , They have those big teeth because there carnivores

just caught my hob eating teabags from the compost bin tried to get it from his mouth but just swallowed it whole ye cant watch the buggers.

mines go mad for the odd egg yolk too, gives them a nice sheen

Some times a bit of fish too, not often though,

Anything i can get hold of meat wise, rabbits, birds, chicken bits, fish, heart, lung, liver, eggs etc
