Kevin Quarterman 2
sorry its a Mk2 but i found the right components the gun is 7 or more years old so iv ordered a load of internal components that i think might need changing after such a long time including a new titan spring i got the rifle second hand and its obviously been well used by the previous owner there's a couple of scratches on the stock which im not to fussed about there's also scratches on the external metal work which im worried will rust over time dose anyone know of a way of fixing the scratches on the metal i dont want to go at it with anything if im only going to make it worse could they be painted with a good quality spray paint ? davyt63 1,845
hi kevin wish i would of seen this earlier, may have saved you a few bob. for spare parts for Air Arms get them from here http://www.airarmssp...ir-arms-spares/ i find that chambers are a bit expensive for parts! ref:your scratches you can buy a bluing pen which i have here http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2553a250f9 these are for light scratches only,if you need your whole action done then give Colin Molloy a call at http://www.mancheste...co.uk/index.htm the good thing about chambers is there exploded diagrams for just about every air gun. http://www.gunspares...TX200 MK I & II i hope some of this information will help for further maintainance on your TX Quote Link to post
