Think the mods are still going, but they dont come out in the cold and ice, because scooters are sh*t and crash a lot even in damp weather, and dont like to get their clothes dirty

I used to sell rabbit scuts to Mods in the 80s! They used to use them as zip pullers on the fish tail parkas!
