Fkn dogs 50 yards behind the hare and the gaps widening lol. Na, let me watch a dog close in on his hare fast, let the hare know he is there, get on terms right up its arse, fleck, bend, back on, a proper course. Lol not every course is like that tho!! Stamina is just one weapon in the salukis armour mate but it this way if a collie x missed the early strikes would it still be trying 5 mins later??

5 minutes later Stewie, I think you don't understand how much ground a dog would eat up in 5 minutes. I wouldn't want my dog still coursing 5 minutes later. Besides, too much cover. Even the big moores up here the hare will find sanctuary after a few minutes if the dogs not equal to it. Horses for courses as has been said many times on here. Saluki good for the fens where their is no where for the hare to go, collie crosses everywhere else
