Wanted: Stoats and weasels

Recommended Posts

They have natural instincts to go down holes, work better than gerbils :feck: :11:

Seriously though, i just love them. I don't know how they will turn out but i would like to have a go at socialising them with ferrets. I doubt they have any working purpose, i don't need anything better than a ferret to be honest.

If anyone knows of someone with stoats or weasels, or has come across an orphaned one whilst ferreting i would be interested. I am in the Clacton area. The younger the better.

Cheers

get yourself some seesaw traps out you will soon get one

Go on then lets see you pick one up

They are beautiful creatures but I don't think they should be caged up unless they were definitely orphaned or injured or something. Each to their own though.

I wouldn't want to set up a trap to be honest, i would most likely catch an adult. If i get an orphaned one i can release it back into the wild if things don't go to plan, so then in affect i have saved a weasel
