carp king 155 Posted December 15, 2012 Report Share Posted December 15, 2012 sorry to hear this mate ..had a mate lose a blinder of a dog ( the best he has owned in 20 yrs) by getting run over he to was doing what he done best just had our 6th charlie (pre ban) on the coast road at dumfrieshire when he was on persuit of number 7 and was hit and killed my freind is 6 ft 5 and over 15 stones and cried like a small child all the way home with his beloved tyke by his feet ..still brings a lump to my throat now mate..its very true a man has no love like that of his dog .. keep your chin up pal Quote Link to post

Sad to see him go but he's left me some good memories. Nice to see it touched so many people , the front lurcher on the last picture is his pup in his 3 rd season now he doin well so things aren't as bad as it seams at least I'v got the rest of my dogs to do the work I need but he was the pack leader n the terriers haven't shut up howling since he been gone poor fellas.
