Depends what your gonna use her for, if its lamping I'd start taking her out at 12 months slip her on a couple of squatters. If its ferreting get it out young, 5 months upwards just peg her out at 1st and let her watch and after a while it should sort of click atb.

I try and get out on a windy night at around 11ish but due to the fact of people lamping from as soon as it gets dark the later the better! But that just in my area.

I,d try her on the rats when the big teeth are through, i wouldnt run her on owt untill next harvest when i,d walk her along side a combine, buster.
