The Seeker 3,048 Posted December 12, 2012 Report Share Posted December 12, 2012 Unless you've got something worth stealing in the garden it's the house you need to protect, no one wants the scroats in your garden but the break in to the home is the one to guard against. Make sure you have a secure access to the house if possible gates fence etc, security flood lighting is cheap and effective. Make sure you have good locks on all ground floor doors and windows, take a look outside think to yourself how would I look to get in and that's the point you need to strengthen, remember they don't want to get caught so have an alarm installed, if you've already got one USE IT. If the bell boxes outside look all rusty get them replaced.
