What introduced such things as sanitation, clean drinking water, irrigation, successful farming methods, health care, transport, road, rail and air infrastructure, that sort of thing? Even if what you say happened did happen, and I'm not saying it didn't does that mean that England needs to be torn apart? This threads depressing with people who have obviously swallowed the brit states propaganda of we are all immigrants anyway? Really? The Romans invented airports and railways? ( Croydon was the world's first airport so another British first). Most of the Roman water infrastructure in the UK has disappeared by the time we got round to draining the fens and putting in irrigation channels for farming! There was already plenty of rape, torture and murder going on in most of the countries we set up our empire in. The incidence probably fell when we were there! We did outlaw some religious practises such as human sacrifice and sati/suttee...

India had been under virtually constant attack from Islam for best part of 1000 years and I'm sure the native Americans didn't all smoke their peace pipes together. In fact the only tribe I can think of who have been Pacifists where the maorori and they we're made extinct by the Maori in new Zealand lol. multiculturalism doesnt work and thats been proved by better men than me, we all long to belong to a family, its part of our inbuilt survival instinct. its no different to lion prides. wild dogs ect.
