baw 4,360
deer grey saluki colie x bull grey Did you breed it? Personally I'd have flung the sire over a grey or whippet/grey rather than a first cross bull. Good luck with it. i think your wrong imo if you work out the % of my pup she has only got a splash of bull which is perfect im not a fan of the bull x but always liked a bit of bull in a dog Yea a bit of bull is ok but your effectively breeding a mongrel to a 50% bull 50% grey. All the breeds apart from the grey in the sire are taking pace away from the dog. Personally I'd want to breed pace in. It's a flip of a coin whether the pups turn out racy or shovel heads. I'm sure you'll have seen the parents so no worries. Enjoy it mate and I hope it does everything you want and more. Quote Link to post
bird 10,013
it would surprise you what the small dogs can do sometimes i wish they were a bit bigger but as trooter says they days are by and to me the big dogs bring unwanted attention each to there own you right there , big dogs do get alot more looks , might be ok with my pup Buck as he looks like a gsd ,i could say he is a ex cop dog when older when stopped Quote Link to post

You right having Bryn really brought Buck on day+ night, he as learned loads of Bryn, in the day he follows him about watching him, and at night. Plus there are in the same kennel Bryn is daft with him , he marked a rabbit the other day got it out of cover a put it down By Buck , he must think he is his son , or he knows That Buck will be alot bigger+stronger when older lol 2 Quote Link to post

But having that bit more size not massive just 24-25in dog can handle bit better any bigger game that you may bump into in the old pre ban days well said i think the same imo Quote Link to post
